Enactia offers a centralized repository of all identified, automatically generated or manually added tasks - tickets in various modules of the platform from different platform users.

Tasks & Tickets will enable you to have full visibility and never miss a task's deadline or a response from a ticket owner. You may also have useful insights on which modules of the platform have the most generated tasks and therefore allow you to delegate or re-allocate tasks and further investigate this situation.

Enactia was designed to be a multi-role multi-user cloud web application. Tasks can be assigned to individuals based on the activities they need to perform to help the Data Protection Officer (DPO). Each role has different access and screens than can work independently.

View the source of a task - ticket, whether it was created during a Privacy Assessment, Vendor Risk Assessment, DPIA, Asset Risk Assessment, Data Subject / Consumer request etc. so as to be aware and not to lose track.

PRIORITIZING TASKS

Based on the importance or even the urgency for taking actions to resolve a gap, mitigate a risk, or handle a data subject / consumer request, the DPO or other Enactia platform users, have the ability to prioritize the work to be performed and at the same time define expected deliver dates and task completion dates to the assigned person.

Each task carries status and therefore when a task has an updated status by the assigned party, the DPO receives a respective notification. The DPO can review and either approve or send back for review and amendments.
